Hawaiian Kempo Martial Arts
Details of Event:This class is designed for children ages 8 to 14. Kids will learn effective self defense from standing and on the ground. We teach kids not to be bullies, yet not to be bullied. Physical fitness will increase along with confidence, self esteem, respect and discipline.
